Postit4u only collects information necessary for us to carry out our functions and activities such as:

Printing Products with Your Message and Pictures
Postit4u has special procedures in place to ensure that your message and pictures are not viewed by any staff, they include:
- Your personal messages and photos will not be viewed in the printing process. (or via electronic means as outlined in Postit4u Digital Storage)
- Only staff employed by Postit4u will be in the room when processing print jobs;
- All staff must sign a Postit4u agreement binding them to a strict privacy agreement;
- A thick piece of cardboard will go over the personal message side of a product to stop it from being visible to staff at all times (cards, postcards, calendars);
- Any folding, cutting or preparation will be done so that the personal message side is facing away or hidden from the staff member;
- Barcodes will be on the side of the product without personal messages and will be used to identify the product and match it with envelopes and other items in your order;
Postit4u has special procedures in place to ensure that your messages and pictures are not viewed by the public, other customers or staff members they include.
- The public and other customers can not access any personalised information or products and they will be protected by securely encrypted passwords and user verification techniques;
- Staff members will only view personalised messages for circumstances such as technical help and troubleshooting and only when permission is granted by the customer. Staff must accurately identify the customer before proceeding;
- Your products containing personalised messages can only be accessed by you with a username and password;
When becoming a member at Postit4u you will be requested to provide an email address and password to identify you on the Postit4u website. This password is to be remembered by you and not given to another person or left in a place that may be found by another person. It is suggested that you change your password on a regular basis through the account tools on the website. Postit4u holds no responsibility for breeches in privacy where your password has been compromised.
Information such as the products you view and order that don't contain personal information will be used by postit4u to enhance the website by making it more targeted to you and to other customers. Each page visited by you will be recorded by postit4u and used as part of fraud prevention and online marketing such as;

- "Customers who bought this product also bought";
- "Most Viewed Products";

Products that have been personalised such as cards, postcards, calendars and letters can not be exchanged, returned or refunded unless the products were damaged in transit or printed incorrectly.
All other products can be refunded or exchanged if::
- The products or goods were misrepresented to the customer;
- The products had a fault which was not known at the point of purchase;
- The products do no do the job the customer was led to believe they would;
- The products do not match the description that has been outlined on the website;
- The products do not match a sample picture that was shown when ordering unless specified on the website;
- The customer bought these problems to the attention of Postit4u as soon as it was possible for them to do so;
In addition if you as a customer are not happy with a purchase (excluding personalised products) the product can either be exchanged to that of equal or lesser value (no change will be given) or a credit on the Postit4u site will be issued for 6 months as long as the following criteria has been met:
- The goods are returned and received to Postit4u within 30 days;
- All original packaging is intact and unopened, and the product has not been used;
- The product is in a suitable state to be re-sold;
- The product was not damaged in transit;
- A letter explaining why the product was returned is included;
- All additional postage expenses are paid by the customer;
